Here is a funny for you guys:

I have been working on a laptop since yesterday. Trying to figure out how to get rid of this ‘particular thing’ that keeps interfering. Today I sent the user a note asking her to log off and to let me know when that happens.
She said, “Okay. Do you need to come up here?”(her office). I said I hope I can do it remotely.
As soon as she logged out the computer went offline. So I went up to her office thinking that she probably closed the lid or shut it down instead of logging out.
Her stand up desk was in the up position, and it looked like she had been there.
But wherever she went, she took the laptop with her.
